CONTINUOUS MOBILE RADIOLOGY SYSTEM
The Continuous Mobile Radiography system can effectively monitor and report upon internal damage events & severity. The mobile configurations allow for quick installation and ultimately a speedy review of the belts current health status.
The system utilises sophisticated X-ray imaging and direct digital technology incorporating leading “fingerprint identification” software to process generated images, conduct intelligent identification and provide for timely and appropriate reporting of events as they are categorised. The output can be further interrogated and specific images magnified to better understand those anomalies identified, the end result being a complete damage and severity belt map.
The system is also available as a permanent installation.
ONLINE CONDITION MONITORING
The Online Condition Monitoring system can effectively monitor and report upon damage events & severity and changes to splice layup to prevent failures which would otherwise impact upon the safe operation of the asset and ultimately impact production. The system is capable of running unattended and reporting automatically the current condition of the conveyor belt. The system utilises sophisticated X-ray imaging and direct digital technology incorporating leading “fingerprint identification” software to process generated images, conduct intelligent identification and provide for timely and appropriate alarm notification of events as they are categorised.
NON-CONTACT RIP DETECTION
The online longitudinal rip protection system can effectively monitor and provide for instantaneous notification – stop when a longitudinal Rip occurs. The system does not rely on embedded systems to provide protection and can be utilised for any type of belt construction. The system comprises of a specific light source that conforms to the conveyor profile and monitors against changes. Changes or Rips to the belt profile will be translated into a reflected algorithm initiating a stop sequence. The system may be located at any position along the conveyor length to reflect particular operating characteristics.
SPLICE QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT
The SQAA provides for a single point of contact for all splice related documentation. The SQAA package allows users to undertake and collate all splicing documentation at the touch of a button. Quality documentation is delivered instantaneously to the client upon completion.

The Mobile Conveyor Belt Speed & Length Measurement system can effectively monitor the speed and Length of any conveyor system. The system utilises state of the art Doppler & laser technologies to effortlessly monitor any surface the system encounters.
The mobile configuration allows for a quick set up and ultimately a speedy review of both the actual speed and length of your conveyor systems.
The increased standoff from the system (1200mm) provides for additional protection against unauthorised / unwarranted contact with any moving parts.
